We offer Emergency Outdoor First Aid as a one day course- covering the basics for an outdoor environment, it answers the questions;

What should you easily carry that would help you and your casualty?

These courses explore the reality behind incidents in the outdoors, and explain clearly and with humour the difference between responses in urban and open countryside.

We do offer Catastrophic Bleeding Control and Wilderness Casualty management.


This is a one day workshop where we increase the knowledge and understanding from the two day outdoor first aid course. This one day workshop aims to equip learners in how to deal with Catastrophic Bleeding. It will advise on the inherent dangers associated with the use of Tourniquets and Haemostatic Dressings, whilst administering first aid in a high risk environment for the purpose of saving life. It has been developed to meet the requirements of industries that consider themselves to be at high risk following a suitable and sufficient risk assessment.
